The evolution of a legend! When it was launched in 1992, the legendary high-gain amp caused a sensation and has undergone several updates over the years. The current Peavey 6505 II has been equipped with a number of practical features: the crunch switch on the rhythm channel can be foot-switched, as can the FX loop, and BIAS measurement points are accessible from the outside. Each channel has a separate 3-band EQ with additional presence and resonance controls. The sound is just as you know and love it: gain to the max, incredible punch, and aggressive, assertive high gain. A 3-way footswitch is included.

What an amp. I tried a lot of different amps, but the 6505 II is an absoluut beast. For me there is no better guitar amp, escpecialy if you are a live musician. The amp cuts through everything, is build like a tank and very reliable. And it says a lot that it is the standard on every (metal/ rock) festival in the world. Plug and play baby!
