D-18 StreetLegend® 2025 Standard Series Update
The Martin D-18 StreetLegend® combines the proven, legendary sound with an authentic look that tells a story even before the first note is played. The solid spruce top features visual wear inspired by historic guitars in the Martin Museum, giving your brand-new guitar the soulful look of a beloved heirloom. This vintage aesthetic is complemented by solid mahogany back and sides, aged hardware, and a satin pickguard. The result is a guitar that feels like it's been part of your musical journey for decades, bringing the spirit of the past into the present. This satin dreadnought guitar is known for its powerful, expansive tone, delivering strong bass, bright highs, and a punchy midrange. With its Golden Era (GE) Modified Low Oval neck profile, high-performance taper, and 25.4" scale length, the D-18 StreetLegend® is a guitar you can rely on to unleash your inner artist.
Martin's redesigned Standard Series for 2025 improves sound, comfort, and style. The Sitka spruce GE top, also used in the Modern Deluxe series, provides vintage-inspired tone and sustain, while updates such as a redesigned neck profile, a thinner fingerboard, and a refined bridge and heel improve playability and aesthetics. Each guitar comes with a hard shell case.

The company C.F. Martin & Co., or simply Martin Guitars, can look back on a long company tradition and several innovative inventions. Chief among these is the development of the dreadnought shape and thus the steel‑string acoustic guitar as we know it today. With this, the family business, which spans over 175 years, has shaped the music world to this day. Innovations introduced by Martin that became standard in guitar making also include guitars with 14 frets clear of the body as well as X‑bracing. This allows greater stability and load-bearing capacity of the top (soundboard) thanks to strips glued to the inside of the top. To this day Martin guitars are renowned for their high quality and, of course, for their tone, and are very popular among guitarists. You can find a wide selection with us in the shop or in our branches ready to play. In our Martin Premium steel‑string acoustic guitars section you'll also find a selection of the finest acoustic guitar models from all Martin series.
The name of the US company Martin Guitars, actually C.F. Martin & Co., Inc., has stood for the highest quality and innovation in the construction of stringed instruments since 1833. When people think of Martin they immediately think of the acoustic guitar, since the company founder and German emigrant Christian Friedrich Martin gave the instruments the form we still know and appreciate today. Among the company's inventions are the special bracing (X‑bracing), the neck join at the 14th fret and popular body shapes such as the dreadnought guitar.
In our range you'll find, alongside classics such as the D-, OM-, J- and 000‑models, also Custom Shop and signature models by renowned artists like Ed Sheeran, Eric Clapton and John Mayer. We also carry the popular Martin Backpacker Steel and the Little Martin.
