With the pre-wired Stratocaster pickguards you can tailor your sound. These pickguards are built with premium components in the same factory as Fender's legendary guitars and are easy to install. Simply remove your old pickguard, solder the output jack and ground wire, screw in the new pickguard and you'll be ready to rock with pure Fender tone.
With a slightly hotter output than typical vintage pickups and a powerful magnet combination, these sonically strong and highly dynamic pickups deliver the perfect balance between clean and overdriven rhythm and lead tones to satisfy any player, on any amp. The neck pickup is based on a '54 Strat pickup with oversized Alnico 3 magnets. The middle pickup, based on a '63 Strat pickup, uses specially treated Alnico magnets and is reverse‑wound to suppress hum when used with the neck or bridge pickup. The bridge pickup uses Alnico 5 magnets and is specifically voiced to sound hotter without sacrificing the sweet sparkle in the highs.
