For more than 35 years, Thomas Eich has been building innovative amps and cabinets and is considered a pioneer in the bass amp sector. As early as 2002, Thomas Eich combined a tube preamp with a digital power amp. What is now almost considered standard for bass amps was a minor revolution 20 years ago. Der T-500 ist mein zweiter Digi-Amp, den ich mit einer Eden 112EX und einem 4-Saiter betreibe. Der Kleine ist echt klein und handlich und lässt sich mit der passenden Tasche sehr bequem transportieren. Mit neutraler Potistellung klingt er schon sehr gut. Allein mit dem Taste-Regler lassen sich dann schon ganz verschiedene Klänge abrufen. Zum Üben daheim lässt sich über die Aux-Buchse eine Audioquelle einspielen, deren Signal mit dem Master-Regler Einpegeln lässt. Dieser steuert auch das Gesamtsignal am Kopfhörerausgang. Das Bass-Signal regelt man mit dem Gain-Regler dazu. Das ist echt prima. Den Lüfter hört man nur, wenn man das Ohr ganz dicht dranhält. Den Amp kann ich bedenkenlos empfehlen.
