The carefully manufactured Dukes in China each undergo an approximately one-hour finalisation and optimisation in Tübingen (Swabia) by a luthier. This means you receive a Duke with newly levelled and polished frets and a ready-to-play string action. That way we guarantee you a perfect playing experience from the first chord. In addition to selected materials such as a bone nut and an ebony fretboard, every Duke's high-quality standard equipment also includes Elixir Nanoweb strings.
