Product information "Boss SL-2 slicer"
A few years ago, a cool effects pedal caused a stir: the Boss SL-20 Slicer Pedal, which allowed the input signal to be chopped up into crazy, rhythmic patterns. Unfortunately, the SL-20 was only produced for a short time and became an expensive collector's item. But the wait is over: the current SL-2 Slicer Compact Pedal is even more versatile and packed with many new, interesting features. There are 88 patterns available that can be synchronised via tap tempo or MIDI clock. The waveform can be changed via the Attack and Duty controls, and 7 different stereo output modes create cool rhythmic panning and stereo patterns. Additional patterns can be loaded via USB using the Boss Tone Studio app. Also on board is TRS MIDI for MIDI clock synchronisation and receiving MIDI CC commands.
A creative tool with a high fun factor in a pedalboard-friendly compact pedal format.
