The Schreiber D-51 B-flat Clarinet II is a high-quality instrument made from selected, carefully aged grenadilla (African blackwood) with extra heavily silver-plated nickel-silver keys. The new Generation 2.0 is characterised by a further developed tone‑hole network, altered key positioning, an optimised internal bore and a new bell shape. The perfected surface treatment leaves nothing to be desired. Pads made from first-class goatskin leather optimise the seal so notes respond particularly easily. A balanced tone across all registers rounds off this Oehler-system clarinet.
