The body, the S-bow and the keywork are made of brass and finished in a dark gold lacquer. The saxophone features an enlarged bore at the S-bow for strong projection. The S-bow is fitted with an adjustable concentric 3-point attachment system. The S-bow clamp ring is made of nickel silver. The saxophone is also equipped with a directly coupled right-hand F#/F mechanism. The octave mechanism uses Teflon bearings and the left-hand little-finger keywork features a new articulated lever. Thumb rests for both left and right hand are metal. The Selmer Supreme tenor saxophone is supplied with the modern SUPREME Case and a backpack harness; the SELMER Concept mouthpiece is also included.
