The SELMER Signature tenor saxophone embodies the renewal of the Series III, which since its introduction in 1995 has been appreciated by numerous saxophonists for its acoustic qualities and ergonomic comfort. The enlarged diameter of the S-bow receiver offers the player unprecedented precision of intonation and a room-filling sound. The ergonomics suit all musicians, regardless of their level and musical genre. The model benefits from the latest innovations of the Supreme saxophone by Henri SELMER Paris: a novel concentric 3-point S-bow mount with a tension ring made of nickel silver for better tonal homogeneity and sound density, as well as an octave mechanism mounted on Teflon. The body and bell are adorned with an Art Déco-style engraving as a tribute to centuries-old instrument-making techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation at the SELMER factory in Mantes-la-Ville.
