Ibanez TOD10NL-TKF Tim Henson Lefthand

Product information "Ibanez TOD10NL-TKF Tim Henson Lefthand"

The thin, compact body and the excellent access to the upper frets contribute to the outstanding playability of this guitar.

It has reduced feedback because there is no soundhole on the top. The fan bracing typical of classical guitars gives this instrument a warm, natural nylon-string tone.

The solid Sitka spruce top offers an enormous frequency range, delivering wave upon wave of shimmering highs together with tight mids and a full-bodied low end. Back and sides of sapele provide a rich, warm midrange and a bright tone. The Fishman® S-Core pickup accurately transmits the full guitar sound to any amplification system you connect to. The AEQ210TF preamp provides the extra punch of an onboard EQ and the convenience of an easy-to-read digital tuner. The combination of a narrow 46-mm nut and a 400R fretboard radius makes fretting easy. The sound port on the side of the body lets you feel and hear the pure acoustic tone of this guitar more clearly and directly.

"Tree of Death" fretboard inlay - The name and design of this fretboard inlay are a nod to the iconic Ibanez "Tree of Life" inlay, but with a twist.

About Ibanez

The Japanese instrument maker Ibanez can look back on a long tradition in guitar and bass construction. Although Ibanez initially made a name for itself with idiosyncratic copies of traditional models from makers like Gibson and Fender, its own series gradually emerged, such as the Iceman, JEM, Artcore and RG. In the 1980s the company became particularly well known in the heavy sector with instruments that stood out for their modern features, distinctive design and excellent playability. Innovations such as 7- and 8-string guitars, born from fruitful collaborations with artists like Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Meshuggah, further helped to establish Ibanez's strong reputation. Today the manufacturer offers an extensive range, from entry-level guitars and basses to exotic Custom Shop models. In addition, Ibanez also impresses in the field of effects and amplifiers, as the classic TS9 Tubescreamer proves. Here you'll find a comprehensive selection of guitars, basses, amplifiers, effects and accessories from Ibanez.
