The new MKII model offers, among other things, new 32 bit/192 kHz converters, an improved dynamic range, a larger gain range and switchable high-pass filters.
To guarantee impeccable sonic performance, SSL makes no compromises where it matters. The microphone preamps deliver class-leading figures and SSL uses original components from Neutrik, Alps and AKM. Convenient level meters and two parallel headphone outputs on the front panel complement the ambitious feature set. If a signal needs a little more 'character', the 'Legacy 4K' switch helps. It gives uninspiring sounds a dose of analogue colour and 'glamour'.
And as if that weren't enough, SSL also includes a premium selection of software licences for SSL Native plug-ins, DAWs, samples, loops and virtual instruments — with this toolbox you can get started straight away!
