After Mellotron, Synth, B-3, Rhodes and Bass, classic string ensemble sounds can now be found in Electro Harmonix's latest String 9 pedal. On board are 9 different string sounds - from symphonic orchestra to classic string machines like Solina and Crumar, string synths like Juno, Mellotron style and cool string sounds with integrated freeze effect. For the characteristic 70s sounds, the legendary Small Stone Phaser is on board with the AARP and Crewman presets. As with all EHX 9 pedals, no special pickup is required, the internal sounds are triggered by the input signal.

This is another EHX pedal from the 9 series. Like the previous ones, this one is also great. Like the previous one, it has great sounds and blends perfectly with the guitar. Unfortunately, just like the previous ones, it is not possible to define and save settings. But I guess we've gotten used to it by now. I recommend the pedal. Great fun and great results. You will buy and love
