The SUB 18-AS is a mobile, powerful 18-inch active subwoofer for live sound applications. It features a high-quality driver and a powerful 2,200 W Class-D amplifier for sound pressure levels up to 135 dB and impressive headroom. The subwoofer was developed as the ideal complement for 10-, 12- or 15-inch speakers and features the Bass Motion Control algorithm for extended bass reproduction at any volume. The connection panel offers mono/stereo combo XLR/TRS inputs, an XLR stereo link and XLR outputs with an integrated crossover. On the rear, volume, polarity and the low-pass filter frequency can be adjusted. The robust, durable wooden enclosure with scratch-resistant polyurea coating is easy to carry and to position securely. Due to its versatility and high output, the SUB 18-AS is ideal for small to medium venues and for mobile use.
