Lizard Spit werd mij aanbevolen door een gitarist in Amerika. Gelukkig was het ook in Euopa te koop. Het produkt leek duur want het is een bescheiden hoeveelheid maar het blijkt dat je maar heel weinig hoeft te sprayen ("spugen") voor een perfect glanzend en schoon resultaat. Van de vele produkten di ik de afgelopen 40 jaar gebruikt heb is dit de beste. De spray laat ook geen resten achter want het is een vloeibaar en transparant middel (zoals bijvoorbeeld ruitenreiniger).
