PRS Custom 24
PRS's success story began in 1985 with the introduction of the first Custom 24 guitars at NAMM. Now the guitars are back in the range in an evolved form.
The guitars feature a mahogany body in a double-cut design with a maple top. The set neck is also mahogany with a rosewood fretboard. The guitars are equipped with two humbuckers that can be controlled via a 5-way switch. When it comes to hardware, the Custom 24 series doesn't shy away. With PRS's own Gen III tremolo and locking tuners, also from PRS, the guitars are exceptionally well equipped. To live up to the "Custom" in the name, there are a total of 14 different finishes to choose from. The guitars are produced in Stevensville, Maryland, in the same guitar workshop where the Private Stock guitars are made.
