Product information "Mellotron M4000D Black"
The analogue archetype of the sampler. Until the 1970s, world-famous groups such as Pink Floyd, Yes, Genesis and Tangerine Dream as well as musicians such as Jean-Michel Jarre and Elton John used the instrument for their tracks. The legendary synthesiser includes three sawing, nasal violins from the Chamberlin Music Master 500, a long harp arpeggio from the Chamberlin M1, the tibia organ and tenor saxophone of the Mellotron Mk I and the flutes of the Mellotron MK 2, which were used to create the intro for "Strawberry Fields Forever" by the Beatles.
