Shipping costs
Within Germany shipping is free from a purchase value of €29.00 (items that must be shipped by freight are excluded). If your order is placed before 14:00, it will usually be dispatched the same day! Orders that we have to ship via a freight company due to their size and weight are excluded from this. For shipping to other countries we charge you the following shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
Click & Collect: In addition to our standard shipping options we also offer you the possibility to collect your orders yourself from our Frankfurt store, our Walldorf store, our Ibbenbüren store or our central warehouse in Walldorf, provided all your items are available there. Please wait for our e-mail confirming that your ordered goods are ready for collection before you come to pick them up.
