Return shipments
If the instrument, equipment or accessories you bought do not meet your expectations, that’s not a problem. With us you can exchange or return your goods within 14 days without giving a reason. We’ll gladly provide you with a returns ticket. All you need to do is fill in and submit our online form. Further information about cancellation, exchanges and your return can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
To complete the online form you will need your customer number and receipt number. You can find these on your delivery note or in our confirmation emails to you. Please have them ready.
