The parts are prefabricated in the Far East and then assembled and quality controlled in Braunschweig, Germany. This gives Sandberg a model which is ideal for beginners or even experienced players who would like to move over into the Sandberg world. All this at an unbeatable price and also the characteristic active / passive circuit are present on this Bass also!!
Although the Electra are a result of prefabrication, we would like to emphasise that all other Sandberg Bass models are 100% made in Germany !!

The bass forge Sandberg was founded in 1987 by Holger Stonjek with a business partner in Braunschweig. The company quickly made a name for itself in the bass community, because with Sandberg looks, tone, quality and not least the price all add up. Under the Electra name Sandberg now also offers models that are not produced in Germany but still have to meet the same high quality standards as the regular basses.
