Product information "Roland GO:Keys 5 GT"
With the GO: KEYS 5, Roland presents a modern keyboard and takes a new, uncomplicated approach to making music. You don't need any previous experience and can get started immediately, discover sounds and realise ideas. The clear and interactive user interface encourages discovery and enables spontaneous musical moments - even if you've never played an instrument before.
GO: KEYS 5 offers more than 1,000 Zen core sounds. From acoustic pianos and orchestral instruments to modern synthesizers, guitars, drums and more. Once you've found the right sound, you can experiment with melodies and arpeggios while being accompanied by automatic backings. GO: KEYS 5 is packed with ready-to-play chord progressions in different musical styles. Of course, you can also create your own chord progressions.
GO: KEYS 5 offers a large selection of dynamic accompaniments. In addition to the 203 integrated styles, further style packs can be purchased via the Roland Cloud if required.
In addition to the Bluetooth audio/MIDI function for music streaming and composition, the GO: KEYS 5 also has USB audio/MIDI interface functions for working with music software on computers and mobile devices. Direct audio recording to a USB stick is also possible. Audio files in Wave and MP3 format can also be played back via USB.
A microphone input and a wide range of vocal effects are available for vocal performances. Create real-time harmonies that automatically follow your chords and accompaniments or transform your voice into robot-like sounds with the voice transformer.
If you need more sounds or styles over time, you'll find them in the Roland Cloud. With the optional WC-1 adapter, Roland Cloud content such as sound packs and style packs can be searched, previewed and downloaded wirelessly using a smartphone/tablet.
Thanks to its low weight and the possibility of battery operation, the compact instrument is also an ideal companion when travelling.

Roland was founded as a manufacturer of various musical instruments and studio equipment on 18 April 1972 in Osaka, Japan. Among the earliest products to reach the market were the first rhythm machines of the TR series, whose successors TR-808, TB-303 and TR-909 had a decisive influence on the techno, electro and hip-hop scenes. In the mid-1970s the JC-120 Jazz Chorus guitar amplifier was developed, whose ultra-clear sound together with the built-in chorus effect won over both Andy Summers of The Police and Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield of Metallica. Since then and to this day Roland have continuously expanded their catalogue across a wide range of fields such as digital pianos, grooveboxes, e-drums and synthesizers with high-quality and interesting products.
