Your legal guarantee rights

When you buy goods as a consumer, EU law gives you a legal guarantee of at least two years. The European Commission has laid down the following harmonised notice for this, which we reproduce here unchanged:

EU notice on the legal guarantee: at least two years' legal guarantee when buying goods

The QR code in the notice leads to the European Union's "Your Europe" portal. You can also access the information directly here: Legal guarantee on the "Your Europe" portal

Legal guarantee and commercial guarantee are two different things. The legal guarantee always applies and is directed against us as the seller. A commercial guarantee is an additional, voluntary promise by the manufacturer or seller; it does not limit your legal rights. Details of your rights in the event of a defect can be found in our Terms & Conditions. To report a defect, please use our contact page.
