All work steps, from design and production through painting and wiring to the final setup, take place 100% in France. This is how Wild Customs manages to deliver instruments of absolute top quality – Made in EU.

The hand-crafted solid-body instruments are built from different tonewood combinations such as mahogany, maple and ash and feature a set neck. This is often made of maple or mahogany and transfers resonance between neck and body more freely and directly than a bolt-on neck. The resulting fat tone is often preferred by blues and rock'n'roll lovers. Fans of the Firewild series also appreciate the popular 24 3/4" scale length. This is used on most Gibson guitars and at 629 mm is slightly shorter than Fender's 25 1/2" scale length. The shorter scale length offers lower tension and an easier playing feel, which together produce a warmer tone.
