Westminster Effects has packed the legendary, round clean sounds of black/silverface amps into a compact stompbox enclosure. The Augsburg pedal can be used in a variety of ways: as an amp simulator for DI operation via the balanced XLR output, as an amp in a box or clean/overdrive pedal in front of an amp with the speaker simulation switched off or in dry thru operation - the guitar signal goes unprocessed through the pedal to an amp, the effect signal with speaker simulation is output in parallel via the XLR out. The Augsburg pedal delivers all the classic California sounds, from legendary Blackface/Silverface clean to Texas crunch.
