Product information "Tone King Gremlin head - Brown"
The dwarf among Tone King amps! With the Gremlin Head BR/BG, Tone King has added a 5-watt head (no joke, this thing is really loud!) in a cultish design to its range. Despite its spartan features, the amp delivers the classic sounds of Californian amps with the big "7." The Gremlin's two inputs are differently tuned: the rhythm input is responsible for the characteristic, bell-like clean sounds, and the lead input delivers rich, Californian crunch. The integrated Iron Man II power attenuator allows the output level to be reduced in six steps. With a standard, optional A/B box, both inputs can be selected as desired. The ideal amp for recording or club gigs with outstanding dynamics and great sound!

Tone King from Baltimore, USA, is a manufacturer of vintage valve amplifiers founded in 1993 by Mark Bartel. Among the most popular are the heads and combos from the Imperial and Gremlin series. In addition to the high-quality amplifiers, Tone King is particularly known for the much-praised Ironman Attenuator, which preserves the amplifier's tonal character very faithfully even at low power.
