The classic is back: Morley has reissued the PFW2 Power Fuzz Wah. In the 70s, the Fuzz Wah was totally hip. In the recent version, the Fuzz and Wah effects can also be used separately. Like the legendary original, the wah section delivers an extremely wide wah frequency range that can create a fierce, monstrous fuzz sound in combination with the fuzz section. Vorweg: Die Neuauflage kommt nicht an das Original aus den 70ern heran. Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum der Regelweg der modernen Wah-Wahs so begrenzt sein muss, aber o.k. … generell ein gutes Gerät, hochwertig verbaut und wohl der beste Kompromiss bisher, wenn man nicht das klobige Original inklusive Trafo mitschleppen möchte. Selbst das Cliff Burton Signature Pedal klingt nicht so „bissig“, was ich nicht gedacht hätte, denn letztlich bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es technisch identisch ist. Kaufempfehlung!
