The semi-hollow body of this Maybach is made from the finest maple veneer, giving it a warm, resonant fundamental tone. The body shape follows the traditional ES model, producing a full-bodied sound with plenty of sustain — perfect if you value an expressive, multifaceted tone. The set neck is made of mahogany, offering excellent playability and stability. With 22 frets and a fretboard of fine rosewood you have plenty of room to let your musical ideas run free. The white dot fretboard inlays not only give the guitar a classic look but also make navigating the fretboard easier.
Another highlight of the Maybach Capitol '59 are the two humbucker pickups.
