The Boss CP-1X Compressor offers high-end compression technology in a compact pedal housing. The heart of the pedal is the MDD (Multi Dimensional Processing) processor. The intelligent circuit analyzes the input signal in real-time - the building blocks of a guitar sound are examined in terms of frequency, harmonic content, dynamics, type of pickup, playing technique, etc., and the compressor circuit is adapted accordingly. As a result, the disadvantages of a conventional compressor circuit such as pumping and loss of height can be eliminated. The CP-1X can be operated as a standard compressor, the complex fine-tuning takes over the processor. An LED chain is available for the control, which indicates the gain reduction. The basic nature of the pedal is natural and clear - the compressor circuitry works very musically.

Das Teil ist super. Ich habe es immer an. Es klingt viel voller und runder, wobei das Klangbild unverfälscht bleibt. Hatte noch einen anderen Boss Compressor und einen Compressor von Origin (um einiges teuerer) angetestet aber dieser hier hat mir am Besten gefallen! Das etwas mehr Geld lohnt sich aus meiner Sicht!
