The B&S 3137-L Challenger I is a professional Bb trumpet. It features Perinet valves with Monel pistons, a low-noise plastic cross guide, a gold-brass leadpipe and nickel-silver outer slides for excellent tone and playability. The valve casing and the bell are each crafted from a single piece, which also contributes to the outstanding sound and playing characteristics. The third slide has a ring and a lockable slide stop, the so-called Eductional Slide Stop. The first slide is equipped with a saddle. The B&S 3137-L Challenger I also offers two water keys, one on the third slide and one on the main tuning slide. B&S 3137-L Challenger I trumpet:
