Blocks

Blocks are also sometimes blockdrums - if made of wood - also known as woodblocdrums. They are used both in the music classes and in Guggenmusic and sometimes in popular music. They are made of hard plastic, also called Jamblocks and are provided with an additional mounting bracket. Blocks are usually beaten with a wooden mallet or drum stick and creates a dominant tone with a high level of noise.
