The 6-string Legacy 815e is another model that honors the early versions of our long-standing 800 Series. It combines the power and presence of the classic jumbo body shape with the richness and warmth of the rosewood/spruce tonewood combination. This model with traditional X-bracing offers a powerful response with bell-like highs and throaty basses with a slight scoop in the midrange. The modern Taylor neck offers a relaxed fretboard feel and can be easily micro-adjusted if necessary, while the classic mustache-style bridge adds a touch of old-school flair.
Other visual features include white binding, a three-ring green abalone rosette, unengraved large diamond mother-of-pearl fingerboard inlays, ebony bridge pins with green abalone dots, a tortoiseshell pickguard, nickel tuning machines, and a high-gloss finish throughout.
