The 217e-BLK Plus brings the neo-vintage sound of the Grand Pacific body shape to the 200 Series for the first time. With a laminated maple back and sides and a solid torrefied spruce top, this acoustic-electric dreadnought with rounded shoulders offers powerful projection with a warm, mature character that delivers plenty of volume, sustain, and power in the lower register thanks to C-Class internal bracing. The torrefaction process used on the spruce top adds a touch of extra depth and sweetness to the overall response, similar to what players would expect from an older, more played-in guitar. With its striking all-black finish, easy-playing neck, and built-in ES2 electronics, the 217e-BLK Plus offers broad musical utility in a package that stands out wherever you take it.
