The Shure SB902 lithium-ion batteries offer up to 16 hours of battery life. A 15-minute charge with the AC adapter or directly in the receiver provides up to 1.5 hours of battery life. The battery is fully charged after only three hours.
The remaining battery life is shown in hours and minutes on the high-resolution LC display of the receiver.
With a USB cable the battery can also be charged in the transmitter, directly at the PC or with the optional car charger in the car while driving to the gig. The battery has a lifetime of up to 10,000 hours, which corresponds to approximately 2,500 disposable batteries.
