About Sandberg

The bass forge Sandberg was founded in 1987 by Holger Stonjek with a business partner in Braunschweig. The company quickly made a name for itself in the bass community, because with Sandberg looks, tone, quality and not least the price all add up. You'll find something whether you love classic designs—California models—or modern looks & feels—e.g. the Basic, Panther, Custom and Bullet models. Under the Electra name Sandberg now also offers models that are not produced in Germany but still have to meet the same high quality standards as the regular basses.

Since 2010 the range has also included electric guitars with models like the Florence and the California ST and DC, which, like the basses, have the potential to become modern classics.

On Sandberg's website you'll also find a configurator where you can put together your dream instrument with your favourite features. The result is a numeric code that we can use to place your order with Sandberg. Of course we're happy to give you detailed advice when choosing the perfect bass or electric guitar.
