Roland AIRA Compact S-1 Tweak Synth

Product information "Roland AIRA Compact S-1 Tweak Synth"

New addition to the Roland AIRA Compact family!!!

The AIRA Compact S-1 Tweak Synth is inspired by the legendary SH-101 and offers authentic sound, based on the constantly evolving Analog Circuit Behavior technology (ACB). Powerful tools such as Oscillator Draw, Oscillator Chop and Riser, 4 oscillators (Square, Sawtooth, Sub and Noise) as well as various modes such as Mono, Poly, Unison and Chord invite you to tinker with sounds. In addition, the sounds can be refined with a variety of delay, reverb and chorus effects.

The 64-step sequencer offers extensive programming options with Motion Recording, Probability, Sub-Step, Last-Step and Velocity. An easy-to-use arpeggiator with 8 phrase types is also included.

With the D-Motion function, pitch, mod and other parameters can be controlled by physically moving the AIRA Compact S-1.

In addition to the USB-C connection, audio, midi, sync I/O and Aira-Link are also available as connections. The S-1 also functions as an audio/MIDI interface.

The built-in rechargeable battery should allow up to 4.5 hours of mobile operation. The S-1 can also be supplied with power via USB.

About Roland

Roland was founded as a manufacturer of various musical instruments and studio equipment on 18 April 1972 in Osaka, Japan. Among the earliest products to reach the market were the first rhythm machines of the TR series, whose successors TR-808, TB-303 and TR-909 had a decisive influence on the techno, electro and hip-hop scenes. In the mid-1970s the JC-120 Jazz Chorus guitar amplifier was developed, whose ultra-clear sound together with the built-in chorus effect won over both Andy Summers of The Police and Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield of Metallica. Since then and to this day Roland have continuously expanded their catalogue across a wide range of fields such as digital pianos, grooveboxes, e-drums and synthesizers with high-quality and interesting products.

Macht Laune das Ding! Einziger Nachteil: Die kryptischen Bezeichnungen im Display und das man auch ein zweites Gerät davon gebrauchen könnte 😁

Einfach cool!

Antasten!
