Der zugesandte Gitarrenständer hatte am Gummifuß einen kleinen Mangel. Trotz Weihnachtsgeschäft hatte ich einen netten, zuvorkommenden Telefonkontakt mit der Sachbearbeiterin für Reklamation und anstandslos am Tag darauf ein Ersatzteil! Plutôt agréablement surpris pour le rapport qualité/prix de ce stand. Il est en métal mais avec une mousse pour protéger le contact avec la guitare. Il se montent très facilement. Seul bémol, le système de réglage qui pourrait être un peu moins simple qu'une vis. Par contre, le système antichute de la guitare, c'est top ! Je recommande.
