About Rock N Roll Relics

Whether he plays them or builds them, Billy Rowe's love for guitars always shines through. The Rock N Roll Relics founder has spent his whole life thinking about how to make guitars great, how to make them feel right and how to make them great to play.

For anyone looking to buy a guitar that combines high quality with a convincing vintage look, Rock N Roll Relics instruments are definitely worth a look—and every penny.

Rock N Roll Relics was founded in 2005 by Jetboy guitarist Billy Rowe in San Francisco. Based on his years of experience as a touring musician and guitar tech and his wide contacts with boutique makers of guitars, amps and pickups, the company started out of a garage. As the name suggests, special emphasis has always been placed on relicing—that is, artificially ageing the appearance and the feel of a well-played instrument. Beneath the flaking finish and vintage looks, however, are the finest materials, used to craft instruments to Custom Shop level in top-quality workmanship. Among the enthusiastic users of Billy Rowe's instruments today are Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day and Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick.

In our stores in Frankfurt and Walldorf you can try models such as the Blackmore, Heartbreaker and Blackheart, as well as electric basses like the Thunder and the Classic Jazz, or you can order them conveniently here in the webshop for delivery to your home.
