Pedaltrains' new Classic series is based on the most successful classics in the company's history. Thanks to some targeted design improvement, the new models are truly "better than ever"! The Classic JR is known to many guitarists as Pedaltrain Junior. Based on the original "PT-JR", the "Classic JR" offers an established rail design consisting of four rails with a classic distance.
Compared to its predecessor, the Classic JR has a fully open-designed front design - the so-called "portholes" (round openings for cable routing) of the predecessor series are now a thing of the past. Thanks to the open design, the installation of the power supply can be designed completely liberally.
The dimensions of the board have been slightly adjusted upwards with a width of 46 cm and a depth of approx. 9 cm against the "PT-JR". This promises more comfort with the general placement of the effect pedals as well as with the operation of the top-positioned pedals.
Like every Pedaltrain model, the Classic JR is made of astonishingly light but at the same time absolutely robust aircraft aluminum; It is the best possible mix of portability (1.36 kg weight) and reliable road ability. This is underlined by Pedaltrains unique Life-Time Warranty!
The Classic JR comes with a Hook and loop tape (183 cm) in official industrial quality, as well as numerous cable ties for clean and tidy cable management on the board's underside.
The Classic JR is optionally available with a high-quality, well-padded Softcase or road-compatible Tour-Case. Compared to the predecessor series, the new Softcases have various practical improvements, such as a completely made of metal zipper (great advantage compared to normal plastic) as well as strengthened mounts for the included shoulder strap. The new Tourcases offer superior protection of the pedalboard and at the same time weigh up to 30% less than the models of the predecessor series.
