Product information "Peavey Max 100"
The Peavey Max 100 electric bass amplifier is the perfect choice for bassists looking for a powerful and portable amplifier that is equally at home in the rehearsal room or on the small stage. With a robust design that utilises transistor technology, this amplifier offers reliable performance and a clear, powerful sound.
Equipped with a 10-inch Peavey speaker, the Max 100 delivers an impressive 100 watts of power at 4 ohms, which is more than enough for most applications. The innovative Psycho-Acoustic Low-End Enhancement technology ensures that the low frequencies are powerful and present, while the angled baffle optimally distributes the sound and makes playing easier.
The amplifier offers a variety of practical features to help you in everyday life. The integrated DI-out with XLR connection and ground lift switch allows you to easily connect to mixing consoles or recording devices without creating unwanted hum loops. The Max 100 is also equipped with a mute switch that allows you to mute the signal in no time at all.
The AUX IN jack/MP3 connection is ideal for making music with playbacks or for practising. Simply connect your smartphone or MP3 player and play along to your favourite songs. A headphone output with speaker mute is also available, allowing you to practise in peace without disturbing others.
With a compact design of 33.5 x 39.8 x 45.7 cm and a weight of only 10.8 kg, the Peavey Max 100 is extremely portable. So you can easily take it with you to rehearsals or gigs. A footswitch is also provided for convenient control of additional functions, although this is not included.
The Peavey Max 100 is manufactured in China, with the quality and durability of the materials always taking centre stage. To summarise, this electric bass amplifier is an excellent choice for bassists who value sound quality, flexibility and a good price-performance ratio.

Peavey Electronics – powerful sound since 1965
Peavey Electronics stands like few other names for uncompromising sound, innovation and reliability in the field of electric guitar amplifiers. Founded in 1965 by the then 23‑year‑old Hartley Peavey in a garage in Meridian, Mississippi, the company developed within a few decades into one of the world's leading manufacturers of musical instruments and audio technology. The vision was clear from the start: to make professional technology accessible and affordable for everyone – without sonic compromise.
Especially in the world of guitar amplifiers Peavey has secured a firm place in music history. With legendary models like the 6505®, originally created in collaboration with Eddie Van Halen as the "5150", or the versatile Classic® 30, Peavey has shaped entire music genres – particularly rock, hard rock and metal. The combination of brutal high‑gain sound, enormous presence and rugged construction makes Peavey amps a preferred choice for both stage and studio.
Alongside iconic tube amplifiers, Peavey also stands for technological innovation. With the company's own TransTube® technology they succeeded in convincingly emulating the dynamics and playing feel of tube amps in the world of solid‑state amplifiers – ideal for anyone seeking maximum reliability with minimal maintenance. Models like the Bandit 112 have therefore enjoyed cult status among beginners and experienced guitarists alike for decades.
Whether you're looking for a versatile combo for rehearsal room and club, a brutal tube head for the big stage or a reliable partner in the studio: Peavey delivers powerful solutions for modern guitar sounds – built with experience, passion and a feel for practical use.
