The MXR M309 Joshua Ambient Echo is dedicated to the interlaced delay and ambient sounds of the 80s, which were created with a battery of rack effects back then. The compact Joshua pedal delivers these legendary sounds and more: interlaced, rhythmic delay sounds, enriched with floating modulations. The echo repeats can be shifted in pitch by -1, +1 and +2 octaves, creating the popular shimmer sounds. Holding down the footswitch activates a freeze effect - the active delay repeats are held. A cool ambient machine for wacky, rhythmic delay pads.
