Fresh from the MXR Custom Shop comes the CSP041 Hybrid Fuzz. MXR has combined 2 classic fuzz face circuits - a combination of a germanium transistor for a smooth, round fuzz sound and a silicon transistor for a more aggressive fuzz with a significantly extended gain range. The pedal responds very well to the velocity and volume potentiometer of the guitar. The pedal also looks great: the design studio One Horse Town gave the pedal its cool psychedelic artwork.
