Known for motorised rotary knobs
A particular hallmark of Melbourne Instruments is their motorised rotary knobs. They can automatically move to stored parameter positions, combining the advantages of digital recall with the direct tactile feel of classic hardware. Contactless optical sensors and configurable haptic feedback enable precise and immediate control.
From NINA to ROTO-CONTROL
Melbourne Instruments drew attention with the NINA, a twelve-voice analogue polyphonic synthesizer with a motorised control concept.
