Meinl Stick & Brush SB208 - Rebound Multi-Rod Birch
Product information "Meinl Stick & Brush SB208 - Rebound Multi-Rod Birch"
The Rebound Multi-Rods are made from the same birch rods as the Multi-Rods of the standard series. The rods in the interior are replaced by a foam core, giving the Rebound Rods a different playing feel and a different sound compared with the standard Multi-Rods. Due to their special construction these models provide a refined cymbal sound as well as a unique rebound with more feedback from the drum shells. The Rebound Multi-Rods feature a foam core in the centre, surrounded by twelve birch rods.

Meinl Stick & Brush has been an integral part of Meinl's range since 2018 and is characterised by a clear, model-focused line-up that concentrates on the most important models. This makes it easy to quickly find your favourite pair. The sticks are made in Germany from high-quality woods and Weight & Pitch Matched, so that the two sticks of a pair not only weigh the same but also have the same fundamental pitch.
To consistently ensure top quality, the blanks are already weighed before processing begins and assigned to a stick model according to weight—i.e. the model the blank is intended to become. This is what sets Meinl sticks apart in a special way, because this additional step ensures that fluctuations in the wood can be reliably compensated for and two pairs of sticks will exhibit the same characteristics even if they are purchased years apart. This ensures the same playing feel and the same sound for every pair.
The highest quality standards are further guaranteed in the manufacturing process by highly precise CNC turning lathes. In addition to classic drumsticks, the range also includes various unique multirods, brushes and mallets to meet every requirement for dynamics and articulation around percussion and drum kit. Meinl Stick & Brush enjoys the trust of many well-known drummers around the world, including Luke Holland and Calvin Rodgers, who worked closely with Meinl to develop signature sticks now available in the range as SB600 and SB601.
