The 3-piece Meinl Sonic Energy Yoga Nidra Singing Bowl Set is handcrafted in India and consists of high-quality bowls made from a special bronze alloy. The three singing bowls can be played individually or together to enrich your Yoga Nidra practice and create a calming atmosphere. Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", is a state of deep relaxation achieved through guided meditation. This form of meditation helps release physical, emotional and mental tensions.
