The Mackie ShowBox is a battery-powered all-in-one system for live performances with a removable mixer, so you can set up a great live setup anywhere in seconds. ShowBox provides all audio inputs for solo performances and small bands and replaces instrument amplifiers and PA speakers. With the removable mixing console, you can control the effects from the microphone stand. You can even record your performance via the USB-C interface or stream it live while playing along to backing tracks recorded via Bluetooth®.
With the removable mixer, you have everything under control at all times, be it the levels for the microphones and instruments, effects, sound control, snapshots, looper, tuner and much more. The mixing console can be easily attached to a microphone stand and put back into the ShowBox for transport.
Thanks to the integrated 400 W power amplifier, specially developed speakers and the supplied rechargeable battery, the Mackie ShowBox delivers powerful live sound for up to 12 hours. With 6 input channels for microphones and instruments, ShowBox presents itself as a complete solution for singer/songwriters and small bands.
The ShowBox goes beyond the typical portable PA speaker and offers creative sound shaping tools such as "PA" and "Amp" voicing modes, an effects loop for your effects pedals, a parametric EQ, a compressor and two internal effects processors. There's also the option to record to an SD card, stream via USB-C and use Bluetooth® to play backing tracks (or music during a much-needed break).
Refine vocals and instruments with the dynamic effects of the two independent processors, which provide a variety of modulation and reverb effects as well as essential guitar effects such as fuzz, overdrive, a tube emulation, an acoustic amplifier and tremolo.
With a separate 3-band parametric EQ and a 1-knob compressor per channel, the ShowBox outperforms all conventional portable PA speakers by far.
The ShowBox optimises your guitar setup with an integrated tuner and looper, which can be accessed via the removable mixing console, and offers the option of loading your tried and tested settings in no time at all via user snapshots.
