The Mix5 mixing console from Mackie has one mic/line channel and two stereo line channels. For the former, a 2-band tone control can be used. A 15V phantom power is permanently active on this channel so that condenser microphones can also be used.
Each channel has a balance or panorama control (channel 1) and further external devices can be connected via tape in/out.

Wir nutzen das Gerät als Vorverstärker für die Beschallungsanlage in unserem Vereinslokal. Die Aktivboxen für den Innenbereich werden über Main Out ,die separate Endstufe für den Aussenbereich wird über den Kopfhörerausgang des Mixers angesteuert. Als Zuspieler ein PC(via Kopfhörerausgang) über den Main-Eingang,ein CD-Player und ein Mikro für Durchsagen. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei,Sound ist super. Über den Einsatz im Studio/für Life Musik kann ich nichts sagen,aber für unsere Zwecke ist der kleine Mixer perfekt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das proprietäre Netzteil. Da wäre sicher ein Netzteil mit Standardstecker besser - deshalb nur 4 Sterne bei der Ausstattung. Im rein stationären Betrieb wie bei uns ist das kein Problem,das Netzteil macht einen ausreichend dimensionierten Eindruck,sollte also nicht so schnell kaputt gehen.Für den mobilen Einsatz ist es aber sicherlich sinnvoll ein Ersatznetzteil von Mackie dabei zu haben. Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Bestellung,wir sind voll & ganz zufrieden.
