The Mix12FX compact mixer from Mackie comes with simple features, making it extremely practical and beginner-friendly. Four microphone channels, which can also be used as line channels, and four stereo channels represent the console's input options.
In addition to the gain control and the 3-band EQ, the equipment also includes an internal effects unit. Here, one of twelve effect presets can be selected and sent to the desired channels. The effects processor includes various reverb, chorus and delay effects.
Both the main out and the CR out can be used as outputs, and the signals can also be monitored via headphones.
The mixing console has been kept extremely compact and has the most important features to be able to operate extremely quickly and accurately for small applications.

First of all a good mixer for simpel connections. No fx/return, which is strange on the most expensive version of this serie. It’s quiet enough. Overall good mixer. Knobs are loose quality which I don’t expect from Mackie. If you want something with a few inputs for some synths, buy a bigger audio interface. Costs more but better choice. But I am happy with it. I must mention the service of Musik Produktiv is great. I had some other questions about re-amping and they really took the time to explain. Really thankfull and impressed. So the five stars are for them.
