This highly professional 2-way active system is designed for absolute, long-lasting reliability. With its multifunctional bass reflex cabinet and precisely tuned, user-friendly presets, the speaker is suitable as a satellite and floor monitor. The Stinger 10 A G3 is powered by a highly efficient Class D amplifier with a powerful 300 watts of continuous power. The specially developed 10" woofer and a BMS tweeter driver achieve a powerful bass response and fresh, natural highs.
The tweeter's waveguide was developed using the boundary element method (BEM), a numerical simulation of sound radiation and propagation. It reduces reflections from floors and ceilings, prevents side maxima and thus achieves a controlled, homogeneous dispersion behaviour. Thanks to LD Systems' proprietary DynX® DSP technology, the Stinger 10 A G3 delivers perfect performance with maximum clarity and punch under all conditions. The signal processing of the crossover function and the multiband limiter achieve an optimum runtime and maximum freedom from distortion.
Designed as a real workhorse all round, the speaker's housing is constructed from robust birch plywood. With an extremely resistant polyurea coating, it offers exceptional stability and durability. Features include a steel front grille, dual-tilt stand mount, flying points and ergonomic handles.
