The PianoRec from KORG is the simple solution for anyone who wants to quickly and easily record their own digital piano performance in professional audio quality on their smartphone. Thanks to PianoRec's clever concept, no additional cables or devices are required (except for a USB–Lightning adapter for iPhone 14 or older). No extra drivers or apps need to be downloaded either, since PianoRec supports the standard camera and audio apps already installed on your smartphone. Complicated settings or wiring are unnecessary — the term “Plug & Play” is literal with PianoRec. To prepare for recording, simply connect the digital piano to your smartphone — and you're ready to go! The included earphones let you monitor the audio signal directly with no distracting latency — volume is controlled as usual via the instrument's volume control. Because PianoRec supports not only audio recording but also live streaming, it's ideal for live performances on social media or for online lessons. The built-in microphone with its own mute switch makes communication with the audience or teacher easy. Using the dedicated "KORG EZ Rec App" you can also record video and audio in stereo format, providing an especially natural, spacious listening experience.

The Japanese company Korg INC is one of the most renowned manufacturers of our time when it comes to electronic musical instruments and accessories. Among musicians the company is often simply referred to as Korg. The company was founded on 28 August 1963 by Tsutomu Kato and Tadashi Osanai. The nearly 300 employees at Korg INC are mainly engaged in the manufacture and marketing of synthesizers and samplers, drum machines and sound modules, keyboards and electric pianos, but also USB controllers, electronic drums as well as handy little helpers for guitarists. Worth mentioning here are clip tuners (Pitch-Clip), tuners (CA-50, GA-50, Pitchblack) and metronomes (MA-2) as well as guitar and bass effects.
