The monologue is an independent synth with an unmistakable sound, new voicing and creative sound design. The filter, modulation, drive and LFO have been redeveloped and can produce powerful basses and outstanding lead voices or other fantastic mono sounds that demonstrate all the strengths of its single-voice technology. The step sequencer has also been significantly expanded and can now be edited in a more intuitive and complex way. A compact and complex instrument whose strong personality is impressively emphasised by vivid colour variations.

The Japanese company Korg INC is one of the most renowned manufacturers of our time when it comes to electronic musical instruments and accessories. Among musicians the company is often simply referred to as Korg. The company was founded on 28 August 1963 by Tsutomu Kato and Tadashi Osanai.
