Thanks to the newly designed main tuning slide in reversed construction (long leadpipe) and a shorter mouthpiece receiver, the blowing resistance has been optimised. The new gold-brass resonance rings on the first two valve slides also improve the tone response and provide clean intonation. The one-piece braces are designed to reduce the effort required when playing in the upper register, thereby reducing fatigue during long practice sessions. The brass outer valve slides and a modified bell brace increase resonance in the lower register, resulting in a fuller, more expressive sound.
